What's Good: One of the best tour and travel providers. We booked a Bali trip with them, They did excellent work, and everything was perfect including flights, hotel, sightseeing, and local drivers. My kids loved the duplex hotel room and were so attached to it.
What's Not Good: Everything is perfect. support team is really experienced and are very polite and take care of our queries on priority

Booked a dubai trip with Besten tours.From booking to the end it was a smooth experience. Tour was perfectly planned by them and everything was as per the itinerary. Driver details, tickets of sightseeing was updated and available on their app, therefore minimum calling and texting. A complete hassle free process provided by their ground team.Special thanks to our trip manager Saksham. He managed everything perfectly and sorted out every hiccups and issues faced promptly. As soon as trip was started, he was continuously in touch with us taking care of our trip.Looking forward for more tours in future with Besten tours and will highly recommend them as they provide best tour in best price as compare to others.

I booked my hotel at Maldives through Beston Tours. Vijay Misra from Beston Tours provided me best price of Hotel Taj Coral Reef at Maldives and communication was excellent and the trip went seamless.

So we did a Europe trip with Besten. Honest and transparent bunch of people. Costing was competitive and better than other operators. Quality of hotels and sightseeing packages was great. Arpit organized the tour pretty well for us. We had a great time. Would surely recommend to others.
Nothing as such...maybe adhere to better timelines or better communication on timelines of handing over of vouchers of pks. Overall I was good.

We had taken a trip for Turkey, a few of the hotels were really bad, which lacked the basic amenities. In some places they gave us walking tours , it is only possible if your hotel is in the central location or located nearby these monuments. They need to do some research before planning these tours. In the itenary we had Kusadasi as our last place of visit in Turkey but we were kept in Manisha which is around 33 kms away from Kusadasi. I fail to understand why they did this. When I called them up the person replied that the hotel is good. When you visit a foreign country our main objective is to see the place and not stay in a hotel room. Though their transfers from the airport to the hotel was good., but in two places they did not give us any transfers . They said they would refund the money, but there is no news from their end. Whatever is given in the itenary there is a lot of variation in the actual trip. They send all the vouchers at the last moment so that you don't have enough time to go through as you have a flight to catch. I would not suggest anyone to travel through this agency.
