Please do not book this agency for your trip, especially if you are with family. I have traveled to almost every tourist place in India and never had such a bad experience. They had the poorest service and the agent we had was so unprofessional and ill-mannered, she never took any responsibility. When we reached Manali, they could not even provide a good driver to take us to the hotel as they had promised. We had to book our own cab which cost us more and they did not even take any accountability for their poor service.
Whenever we made any complaint, our agent would say we were "BACK BIT*HING" about their employees. She could not even take any feedback and screamed at us and cut the phone in the middle of the conversation. We were helpless there. They in fact overcharged us and we had to pay extra money for anything we did. Their drivers are also very unprofessional and ill-mannered. They do not even know how to talk to their clients. They will waste your money and not take you to any good tourist places.
Please do not hire the Bharat Yatras Agency, this is the worst agency you could ever hire. It's a trap.

To be honest the services offered were really good and best thing was it was completely hassle free. We got experienced driver and on time checkins and the hotels referred were good with nice locations, food and services offered by them.
So you can hire them as they customized the package according to your requirements. Really happy for the efforts made by them and making are tour a memorable one.

Visited last weekend with Bharat Yarta to Manali ( 26/3/2021) . It was a great experience with them. The management and the services provided by them was awesome . It was ready a great experience. The hotel and the cab was awesome. Special thanks to Deepak who arranged all the things . I recommend all the people if you are planning for holidays must visit with Bharat Yatra . It was nice trip when i was going in Shimla manali n kullu. I appreciate to Mr.Deepak who was arranged all my trip in sequence at low price. Food was good in all hotels.i have enjoyed the trip. Again whenever i will getting time i will go there.
