What's Good: This is really pathetic way of driving a tour package & giving false commitment to us.
There is huge difference between the set of commitment & delivery by your team.
Your staff members is least bother to take the ownership & also not picking up the call whenever we tried to connect with them &his senior' s also are doing the same.
Rather they are working on the services the staff is calling to hotel staff member regarding the payment or taxi driver regarding the pending payment . We had make the full payment but still we have get any proper service where in we can say it's wao. After getting the payment the first thing is that the nobody is picking up the call & after picking up the call the lady had said that we are now not bother about the set of service you will get & set of hotel booking that was given to us at dharamsala it really pathetic & even the set of vehicles you had provided is really beyond teh exception.
I really want to advise that if you want to grow with the best just go for first provide the best service & in service industry first for satisfaction to the customer not go for fulfilling own needs because the customer who had make the 80% Or 90℅ will not let Left the tour just becoz of 10 ℅ payment.
It's really the nightmare situation to me with along with my peers. Just really think about the service. If possible in would give you the negative ⭐. It really so pathetic & will never provide to book the package from your company it's totally nuisance & fake commitments by all the person who is at ground level.
What's Not Good: Rooms at dharmshala, vehicle, & behavior of supporting staff
