The arrangement done by Ms Arti were amazing and beyond my expectations. She was always available on calls, messages, WhatsApp to help. The accommodation provided was summer villa duplex room which was very beautiful and the staff was also very cooperative. The food provided, candle light dinner for parents, my birthday celebration was all very well arranged by Arti. Everything was hassle free and Arti was very kind and polite with all my doubts and questions. The seats provided in the bus were very comfortable and buses were extremely hygienic. Sightseeing was covered as per my planned itinerary. A very big thanks to Arti and her team Lock your trip for wonderful planning and for making our trip much enjoyable. It was an awesome experience as there was heavy snowfall in Atal Tunnel which is unlikely to happen in April. Live snowfall in Manali and stay at Manali resort. I would like thanks to Lock your trip for arranged a wonderful trip. Really it was memorable trip.
