I was planning to visit J&K with family, for which i was in search of a good Holiday PKG provider. I selected Doodle Holidays which was a good selection.
From Beginning to ending they have guided as very closely and confidently we enjoyed our days in Kashmir & Amritsar. It was a life time experience and my family enjoyed the best.
They have provided good vehicle at Srinagar with a very friendly driver com guide, Arrangement of boat house and Hotel at Srinagar was very good.

Wish I can give 0 star. Such a horrible experience with Doodle. When we reached Ujjain the car which they gave us was too small. We told them many times that we have many luggage but they didn’t listen. The hotel was worst. They keep changing the car and driver again and again such a waste of time! They took the full amount and the service was so bad. I have never experienced this from any tours and travel agency. The driver behaviour was also very rude.Transportation was very very bad non cooperative. The driver kept us waiting every time when we asked him to come pick us he was always saying that there is no
Place for car in that area and it was also waste of time. Doodle don’t have any professionalism at all.

Hi i travelled through doodle holidays for the first time and i was quite anxious about my trip planned that will everything be upto the mark as discussed and believe me everything was truly good i have no complaints everything was very perfect and pragya was my co-ordinater for the trip she had arranged the most top class hotels in a very budget friendly price for me. We had a trip to Rajasthan from 27/10/23 to 2/11/23 organized by Doodle Holidays. Ms. Pragya Rathoud of Doodle has been very helpful right from planning till completion of the tour. Overall, it was a very good trip.

However, more attention required to be paid on checking the offered accommodation and should attempt to ensure that the driver accompanying visitors should be well versed. The accommodation offered in Mount Abu was not good.

We undertook a tour to Rajasthan from 27th Oct'23 to 2nd Nov'23. We appreciate services offered by Doodle Holidays right from planning till completion of the trip. We specially appreciate efforts, coordination and support of Ms. Pragya Rathoud. However, couple of things required to be improved like complete tour detail should be shared with the transporters and the person accompanying guests should be well knowing the places they are visiting. Quality of accommodation should be ensured. We are not satisfied with the hotel offered typically at Mount Abu.
