We had a trip to Kerala for 5 days & 4 nights. We explored Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppey, & Cochin.
1) Transportation-wise, really very good. Drivers are very professional, friendly, and on time. Provided car are also good in conditions. Drivers did their job really very well during our travel.
2) Accommodation arranged in Pine Tree hotel in Munnar for 2 days is very good experience and quality of the food is excellent in this hotel. Must try.
3) Thekkady hotel stay is average, room size very small. 1) In Dream Holidays, communication is not proper on time. Initially, while discussing the tour packages, they responded very quickly to my messages and calls. But after I made my advance payment for the trip, responses to my calls/messages from the Dream Holidays agent were very, very late. Sometimes no response.

2) I requested that they send me an invoice bill for the payment I made for this tour package several times over calls/messages, but they didn't provide me with one, and there has been no response for this yet.

3) They informed us that the luxurious houseboat stay will be in Alleppey with unlimited veg & non-veg foods and shared some pictures of the boat's luxurious room & how it will look. But when we went there, the boat rooms were normal, not cleaned properly & very bad, not looking like the pictures they shared with us, and the food quality & taste were very, very bad on the boat. And also Dream Holidays informed us that veg & all non-veg, like fish, chicken & mutton, unlimited food will be provided. Whatever the passenger wants, they can have it, but in the boat they served only limited foods with minimum menu items. During lunch, for the name shake, they served us one small fish fry. Apart from this, there is no non-veg menu dish available, and food taste & service is really very bad in the Alleppey Boathouse. The house boat name is "VEMBANAD EMPEROR - Anugraha group" Better avoid it.

We opt for Dream holiday for our Kerala trip. It was average experience with their service. They told that they will arrange a driver who can understand Hindi or English but we face problem in communicating with driver. They didnt arrange ticket in advance for Periyar boating, we missed that. In Allepy House boat room was AC but in night for 2 hours no current. During morning when they told dont use AC, the room fan was not working, it was like oven.

Driver & Cab alloted was very Good. Driver was very cooperative & soft spoken .
Enjoyed Tour for complete 8 days. Booked Hotel were very good as well as food served was delicious.

Initial coordination was difficult wrt to finalising the hotels, had to myself search and suggest hotels and availability was then checked. This led to a lot of chaos before the trip. But the trip in itself was smooth, driver was very good and did good sightseeing. The hotel stay were also good, however we didn't get hotel of choice in Munnar. The food in hotel was very nice. Overall, my family loved the trip.

The 5-day trip to Kerala was excellent with Dream holidays.

Its a Customised trip to Guruvayoor-Munnar-Alllppey.

It's all good. The travel manager was prompt. The accommodation provided was very good. The cab driver is very good, well behaved and knowledgeable about the area. He supported us all the way .

Overall, it's a splendid experience and I will surely ring you for any such trip to be planned and customised in future.

If we have to make the payments in every destinations ,i.e,hotel, transfer etc.then why to choose travel agency?? The agency should have some responsibilities!Why they call themselves travel agent to conduct tour??

The tour was nicely arranged by Dream Holidays, the SPOC was quick in responding to issues and resolving them.

Hotels booked by them were good, the driver was good,language was not a barrier.

Overall it was fabulous experience with Dream Holidays Travels

All facilities which were discussed provided. Tour is well arranged. Any query quicky responded by tour manager. Driver is also good. Its memorable trip for us.Recommendable to go by this company..

The experience was a mixed one. The arrangements were good at some places and average at others.

It was bad experience with dream holiday.
The driver provided for complete 7 days trip was not speaking in Hindi or English and was only speaking in his native language. Which we didn't understand. Never provided proper itenary about sites and there timing.
Plus quality of hotel was not good. Since the photos shown on internet were deceiving. In reality all hotel don't match the photos posted on internet. Looking at which we accepted the booking.
Lastly we had quarrel and argument with driver over payment issues since his calculation was not matching with ours. Now when I had dealt with dream holiday owner Sridevi why we have to deal with car driver or his owner over payment issue.
This is not professional at all.

Good arrangements within a tight budget. The driver took us to all the places and attended to our requirements. Booking process was easy and without hassle. Thank you so much for the awesome experience.

Hotels was not good and their behave was Not proper.
I requested while booking for only veg hotels but all was mixed veg n non veg which heart us being jain and force to avoid or left BF

If anyone try to plan trip with dream holidays ....please change your company... I recently visited kerela with my wife ..in midtrip driver left me ...and i have to pay all the expenses....they will also knockoff your days.. it's my humble advice please change it ...

Value for money. Mr. Jithin , our driver was very supportive, has excellent driving skills ,He is very punctual, polite & guided us suitability to enjoy our entire tour.The vehicle , tempo traveller was in healthy condition, very clean with very good interior. Regarding Dream Holidays, the payment terms are very convenient. Ms. Shridevi planned the tour & gave guidance perfectly. Flexible to choose the hotels , including she supported us in recommending good hotels for out of the tour stays. The response from Dream Holidays is very prompt & timely . Regarding house boat from Indian vacationz , the crew on the house boat was very supportive, they supported us in arranging the medicine , the menu & food quality on the boat was excellent.The entire tour was very pleasant, enjoyable, thanks to the entire team involved. Dream Holidays is a very good partner for tours in Kerala , we booked through them. Our best wishes to them throughout.

1) 3 star hotels without AC rooms first time saw here.
2) selected honey moon package, given sharing house boat at alleppy.
Shocked this type treatment.

Suggest to everyone please ask clearly what u expected for staying rooms, visiting places, etc.. then only book in dream holidays.

Sridevi kalpana says that I am the owner at any time cal me in your journey, but once u went to trip there is nothing to change. U cant back reverse from this.
She is responding immediately but I personally facing that there is no use.

What she sharing the package please observed each and every point and clarify your doubts.

I am totally dissapointed at hotel rooms, mainly at houseboat.

If anyone need private house boat need to ask Private Houseboat other wise you will get sharing house boat.

Cab driver is good but cab condition is not good.

First prepare the schedule what you want to visit before start the journey and once you reach the cab inform to the driver what u want to cover the places. Dont expect that they covered all the places.

Good and supportive and customisable and budget friendly.
Apart from standard travel plan if we require custom they will help and provide the plan and package based on our requirements.
Cab driver (Suresh) is very much friendly and guided us to cover maximum places.

Booked a trip to kerala with my family. Trip is well organised within a short time of a week. Stay at each halt is pleasant and good…Got a great experience of the place. Moreover it is budget friendly.

I arranged this Kerala tour pack for my cousin as wedding gift. they arranged the schedule accordingly and coordinated very well.cab driver covered 2 more places and the amount was partially paid and house boat organizers were frequently contacting regarding arrangements. It's a wonderful arrangements.. Day begin with proper pickup from arrived location to till last drop point.. Hotel & cab arrangement are awesome.. It's a recommended & safe for newly married couple and family to visit in new location.

We as a couple had booked our south india trip through Dream Holidays. Sridevi who was in charge of our trip , which started from Bangalore on Jun 4'22 to Mysore,Coorg & ends in Mangalore on Jun 9 '22. All arrangement was upto mark & hassel free.
