What's Not Good: All 3 team leaders were extremely unprofessional. You need to throw them out. The driver was good but the locations promised werent delivered to us. We neither visited kalpa nor had tents in Chandratal. We had to forcefully take an overnight journey from Chandratal back to Manali even though we were sick. We are going to sue if no action is taken and a proper appropriate refund is not initiated. Even the hotels weren't the ones promised to us. We were literally left stranded in the middle of the night in kaza. There were no leaders with us and we were asked to explore the important locations on our own. Very irresponsible. Throw them out before things take a bad turn for your company.

What's Good: In my recent trip to South India, I liked the vehicle condition like AC was working in good condition and the driver was polite throughout the trip and no worst experience during boarding on and off to all locations.
What's Not Good: The booked vehicle driver could merely speak in English and accommodation experience at one of the hotels was not good as it was promised and the name appeared. The Hotel name is "Rameshwaram Grand" which has very ordinary washrooms and even the facilities were not as expected being a Star rated Hotel. The staff members especially in the reception were not welcoming and comfortable to talk and gave very late response to any requests by travelers. Although, the itinerary package covered food for the driver but still the driver requested for food (Lunch) in few places which the Agent denied paying when I enquired.

What's Good: I really want to say Mr. Aftab has a very good communication skills he is polite and humble person.
What's Not Good: Some where I didn't like hotels and the staff
Because they were not cooperative.

What's Good: We had a wonderful and memorable family trip to Kerala, and we are truly grateful for the excellent arrangements made by Mr. Aftab from Duniyazamana. His assistance in finalizing the tour package and planning every detail made our trip smooth and enjoyable.
Special thanks to our driver, Mr. Akhil, who picked us up from our arrival point and accompanied us throughout the trip. He not only took us to all the key tourist attractions but also explained the significance of each place, which added a lot of value to our experience.
The resort we stayed at was fabulous, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. At the reception, Mr. Anirudh and Mr. Joel were always helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.
A big shoutout to the resort’s chef, Mr. Abiram, who made our dining experience exceptional. Every meal was delicious and freshly prepared. Our family especially loved the Chilly Chicken, Gobi Manchurian, and Kadhai Chicken.
In just 3 days, we made countless memories and truly enjoyed every moment. Thank you to everyone who made our trip so special!

What's Not Good: Driver. We suffered too much missed important destination like Eco Point and Periyar Lake. Behavior is also not upto the mark. Unwillingness to complete itinerary. Aftab tried his best and manage to some extent.
