Agent Abid Bhai very friendly.careful and helpfull.Driver Shamsuddin took us the best places around Srinagar including sonamarg. Gulmarg. Pehelgam etc.He drove very cautiously and the children &ladies were very comfortable.He is very experienced person in the and guided us for all the activities in each places. Amazing trip!! Just from the beginning, when my husband contact Aabid for the first time, he seemed really helpful and diligent, trip plan package was reasonable price . Worth experiencing the snow at gulmarg and Sonmarg. Moreover, during the trip he was in daily contact with us just to be sure that everything was going well and to reply our doubts and questions. The hotels were much better than expected Now that I’ve just arrived from our trip I can say that I am really satisfied with kashmir trip thank you for making us live this wonderful experience!! I had the pleasure of using 'Ease my journey' for my family trip to Kashmir this week. Abid was such a kind personality and helped us throughout. He was right there with us whenever we needed assistance for my Mom being a senior citizen and made sure her accomodations and travels were elderly-friendly, like reserving ground floor rooms. Our last day at Pehelgam when it was the hotel's mistake not to offer our preferred rooms as reserved, Abid made sure we had the best experience by getting us rooms in another hotel of an upgraded class. Overall it was a stress free trip and we enjoyed it much.
