What's Not Good: Booked a trip with golden sky holidays Mr.kantharaj has prepared the itenary but the cab driver behaviour was not good initially for 3days and after complaining to Mr.kantharaj driver changed his attitude but he skipped many places mentioned in the itenary so My overall trip was not good as expected

The driver (Magesh) also helpful and supported us in entire trip.
Only one minor issue is at Trivendram the hotel service was not good.

Goldenskyholiday services are very good. But,There is no cell signals and sufficiently wi fi to use the mobile at munnar u alloted hotels for us.

accommodation is very bad ,payment received for 4star but accommodation provided in poor hotels. In munnar and allepy hotels were very bad, I never experienced such bad trip.pl dont suggest to others.

Pros: Goldensky Holidays have done a good service by following up with me and tweaking their tour program to suit my needs.
Cons: The driver they arranged for the tour was horrible. a) He didn't understand / speak English / Hindi; b) has extraordinary inflexible attitude; c) Never ready to accommodate our requests.
