Commination of iyatraa team . Majority of things were discussed with Smriti she was very much cooperative and ehile on trio Anjali helped us with all our queries .I will definitely recommend iyatraa holidays. The trip was well customised as per our needs .
Initially few days being a couple we were provided twin beds by the hotel whereas our other family were provided with double beds . On leisure day we were shifted to another good hotel by the team for this reason . All the customisations and hotel expenses were beared by iyatraa holidays and we had a great stay on last day . Thank you to the team they were very much cooperative and helped us a lot .

Luxo kochi hotel services excellent. Food ok, stays ok.
Houseboat stay and one hotel is not upto marks. Houseboat company which hire for us not good.

If I write something, there will be to and fro with travel agent. They won't agree on my points and I would firmly not agree on their submission. It's good for me that finally the tour is over and next time I need to search for other better travel agent.

I yatra holidays कम्पनी में केरल यात्रा के लिए हमारा सम्पर्क कुमारी हेमा जोशी से हुआ। दिनांक 16 जुलाई 2024 से 21 जुलाई तक 6 दिन के भ्रमण के लिए हम पहले दिन कोच्चि एअरपोर्ट से मुन्नार पहुंचे होटल अच्छा था। पर्यटक स्थल, देखने व घूमने के लिए अच्छे थे। जैसा कहा गया था वैसा ही मिला।तीसरे दिन ठेकडी में पहुंचे वहां पर भी होटल बहुत अच्छा था हम यात्रा में शामिल सभी 17 सदस्य अब तक बहुत खुश थे। हमारी यात्रा में शामिल 2 पर्यटक स्थल मौसम की वजह से बस ड्राइवर ने हमें नहीं दिखाए। चौथे दिन allephy में पहुंचे जहां हाऊस बोट में ठहरना था। डिलक्स हाउस बोट बुकिंग में थी। लेकिन इसमें ए सी का उपयोग रात में ही करने दिया गया दोपहर में ए सी नहीं चलाया । रात में भी 11 बजे शयन कक्ष के AC बंद हो गए ।2 बजे हमने खड़े होकर बोट कर्मचारी को जगाकर ACचलवाए। हेमा जी को व्हट्स एप संदेश दिया गया फ़ोन बंद था। हाउस बोट के गद्दे अच्छे नहीं थे बीच में से धंस रहे थे जिन पर नींद नहीं आई। पांचवें दिन का अनुभव बिल्कुल भी अच्छा नहीं था। बस ड्राइवर ने झूठ बोला । हमारी यात्रा में शामिल जो पर्यटक स्थल थे उन्हें नहीं दिखाया गया। हाउस बोट से सीधा हमें चैरई बीच ले जाकर छोड़ दिया गया। रास्ते में कई जगह मार्केट दिखाने के लिए ड्राइवर से कहा लेकिन बस ड्राइवर ने हमें कहा कि चैरई बीच के पास ही मार्केट है।4 किलोमीटर दूर मार्केट था । जिस होटल में हमें रोका गया वहां खाने की कोई सुविधा नहीं थी। बस ड्राइवर हमें सायं करीब तीन बजे चैरी बीच होटल में छोड़कर चला गया हम आटो करके बाजार से खाना लेकर आए। पांचवें दिन की यात्रा का अनुभव बिल्कुल भी अच्छा नहीं रहा।इसका मलाल रहेगा। हेमा जोशी ने कोच्चि मार्केट के घूमाने लिए कहा था, जो नहीं घूमाई गई। बाकी सब ठीक था ।
