Misbehave and rude attitude

I have booked Andaman package from here.. after all the payment .. lockdown got implemented in Andaman. So,Rohit (owner) has deducted 6k for govt ferry booking& informed us that local coordinator will not refund u the entire ferry cost which was 6k but actually when we visited Andaman we came to know the ferry charges were low & local coordinator has not booked any tickets in advance.
So when we called Rohit to clarify things, he talked rudely & badly & also misbehave over the call.. & told that u ll not get ur 6k do whatever u want !!

We took the Leh-Ladakh trip along with Holidayscrowd. The trip was wonderful lots of great memories were made. All the arrangements went as planned. We had the most remarkable trip not only everything was perfect but we felt in every instance that our group leader Vikas truly cared about us. It was our one of the most eye catching and stunning trip something we will remember and cherish for many years to come. We really had fun from accommodation to the completion of Itinerary everything was up to the mark.
