Overall a wonderfull experience with make my holiday travel. Enjoyed each moment. I was in touch with Ms. Akansha from start and planned the trip one month prior to our visit. She was helpful in every situations. Big thanks to her for our Darjeling and Sikkim trip .And the cab driver Mr. Shanker was very co operative and punctual. We didn't face any issues during the entire trip.I strongly recommenting this agency to travel.

It was a wonderfull experience, hotels are good , drivers are friendly and helpful, pickups are on time. Miss bhawna crafted our itinerary and mr Aakash made sure everything is done timely. I would like to thank bhawana , Aakash and entire make holiday team for my amazing experience.

Your assistance in booking and availability to resolve the queries is highly appreciated. 6days package covering Gangtok, Lachung and Pelling was overall enjoyable, though the distance between the places made the trip a bit hectic. Regarding stays : Royal Heritage, Gangtok - Rooms were clean but unfortunately food was not upto the mark. Also, geyser and heater services were inconsistent which was quite inconvenient, especially given the cold weather. Zhiwa Ling Retreat, Lachung - Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was warm and welcoming. Food was fantastic. However, some issues with hot water and drinking water, which needs attention. Tripoo Rhisum Retreat, Pelling - The rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was excellent. The staff was cooperative, warm and welcoming. They fulfilled few of our special requests happily which made the stay even more pleasant. Car arrangement and sightseeing - Had some difficulties in co-ordinating with new drivers almost every day. Car/driver details and pick up timing should have been informed well in advance. We missed out visiting many places as there was delay in pick up. Overall, the trip was good and we had a wonderful experience. But few areas that could have been improved for better experience.

Hotel services are not satisfactory, drivers coordination is not good, hotels food not good only tripoo hotel service and food is very good

I have a mixed experience with MMH, Bhavna was my initial contact person, she was good at her job. Always available for my queries. Their dealing with customer is good which is a big plus for travellers specially places like sikkim where arranging cabs, permits is a hassle. few positive experiences were 1. Our travel to Changu lake and Baba temple,the taxi drivers were very good. Stopping at nice spots, taking our family pics overall very enjoying 2. Stay at Royal Heritage was good, Hotel was clean, near to market I was disappointed with 2 things 1. Two nights stay at Imperial Inn, the hotel is not clean, far from mg road and no taxi available nearby, It took 30 min for us to get a taxi 2. Lachung travel in a Bolero, I was promised for Innova. I would not have traveled Lachung if was aware that I have to take a bolero, that was a trip spoiler

Hi,i booked my trip for gangtok,nathula pass ,lachung(north sikkim),yumthang valley,zero point, namchi and ravangala for 7d/6n.it was very wonderful trip with the help of Lakshmi,akash and monojit...fully cooperative staff of makemyholiday team..great thanks for wonderful trip..

It was a awesome experience to visit Sikkim. Hotel choices could have been better..
