I got myt contact from Trip Crafters and since the package seemed promising booked here. But after making almost 50 percent of the payment I realized that it was a mistake.The agents are highly unprofessional. They don't respond to your texts or calls. They don't give alternate contact either. You will basically have no idea what's going on unless you literally escalate the matter.
Trip Crafters doesn't own any responsibility in case you face some disputes with the travel agency and you are left at your own risk to proceed ahead. At certain point you realize that doing all the bookings by yourselves is way better than running behind these irresponsible agents

Was expecting their call or mail

Wonderful experience love dealing with this company and had a great time with them they are good there work and are very understanding and takes good care of there customers

We were 3 couples, traveled to Singapore, we were given 4 star hotel in Itinerary, but settled with 3 star , Room was only about 100 sqft and some visit were cancelled without our knowledge. Once they get the advance they don't even care to reply them , I request not to book from them.

I have been a traveler from quite a long time and had visited mostly everywhere in india. It was my first time to explore an international destination. So i contacted these guys to plan a trip to singapore, malaysia and thailand. Their coordinator Ms. Simran gave us not only the best deal but a ton of information which were very helpful for our trip. Hotels were centerally located and transfets were always on time. Not only did she kept a good coordination before travel but as we reached in Singapore,Malaysia and Thailand she kept in contact. Really loved the way she is devoted towards her client. Had booked a Singapore/Bali 9 day package on a private transfer basis. I was assisted by Isha Goel. The overall experience of booking and visa coordination was good. All my queries were answered, and the customization was done to my taste. The final itinerary matched with what I travelled.

The pickup was always on time. The hotels were good quality, though there was a minor issue with AC in Bali (We booked Kuta Sea View Resort) AND our hotel in Singapore had to be re-assigned due to cancellation by the hotel itself. The alternate hotel was a fantastic boutique hotel, and we were already aware of the alternative during the finalization phase.

The staff in both the hotels and transportation were helpful and cordial. Loved travelling with them.

I plan to use their services again for my other trips.

However, I would advise all travellers to be aware of all the details themselves and cross-verify before the start of the travel. Last minute surprises are bound to happen, as it happened with me regarding the hotel.

Do not book with them, they are fake people running company, I have booked Dubai package every thing was worst they have employee specially PRABHJOT KAUR with whom, I booked my trip. First of all they did not applied my visa, I got 1 day before departure, more over my all voucher were fake even thought I paid all money in advance. In Dubai my half of tours were cancelled without any reason all the transfer were always late Mr Santosh were handling, there were another people who booked with them and they did not even know that their safari world is cancelled even after paying money, for complaint when i called them they said behave yourself. My whole family trip was ruined, on the top of I have worked with them and got over charged and they have only 7 people not 1000 around the country. What will they to other customers. I am going to consumer court.

First of all for my agent name was isha goel,for private tranfers in bali they charged me of around 25k for places lik beisakih temple,tirth gangga,taman ayun temple,tanah lot temple,paddy field,goa gajah, monkey forest,bali safari and marine park,gwk garden,uluwatu temple, bratan temple, dream zone museum but when i reach bali the itinery what they have given me of all above places was different from what they have given at bali agent, all together beisakih temple, tirth gangga,taman ayun temple, paddy field,gwk garden was not there in bali agent itinery, this all places i roam on my personal cost, after frequent follow up with d agent in india,she was lieying everytime that she is having personal problems and other things, at d last she told me dat you have to do that places on your own, plz dont go for makeyourticket, its better you go directly in bali and contact d transport from there..or get some one contact from there before visting bali..it cost around 55 dollar per day for guide..also if u have already made booking make sure you contact ur agent in bali and get your itinery, also i got my itinery on d day i wasgoing bali..plz take your itinery a week before at your place and contact your agent in bali to confirm your itinery.

GREAT SINGAPORE MALAYSIA TRIP I HAVE GOT FROM MAAKEYOURTICKET.COM THE TRAVEL MANAGER HAS CUSTOMIZED PACKAGE IN SUCH A WAY THAT HE IS GIVING PACKAGE TO HIS FAMILY PERSON ...INITIALLY I WAS LITTLE DIASY BUT WHEN I GOT MY FLIGHT TICKETS AFTER MAKING AFTER 40% PAYMENT THEN I TRANSFERRED FULL AMOUNT & THE TRAVEL MANAGER HAS GIVEN MY HOTEL VOUCHER AT EARLIEST..WHEN I ARRIVED IN KUALA LUMPUR THEIR TOUR CO ORDINATOR PERSON WAS STATING WITH MY NAME PLATE ..HE HAS DONE WELCOME WITH GARLAND ...IT WAS AMAZING FEELING ..AFTER ALL TOUR THAT THEY HAVE COMMITED GIVEN THE SAME & I GOT THE GENUINE COMPANY FOR MY LIFE LONG TOURS..THANKS TO MAKEYOURTICKET.COM FOR MAKING MY TRIP SO WELL MAANAGED & MEMORABLE.........

I have taken a Kerala Trip for 4 adults from Make Your Ticket company for dates 20 Jan 2018 to 27 jan 2018 for Rs.81000. As a booking amount i have paid them Rs.60,000 (attached the mail for same) and other amount i have to paid before a week from the trip. i had faced lotof issues while booking the trip there person Himanshu who was the coordinator have booked the tickets of wrong dates, after continous follow up that issue has not solved till the end. A week before the trip, my wife had some medical issue due to which we have to cancel the trip and informed himanshu over the mail and phone. That time Himanshu told me i will get the half amount as returned which in 31000 (as mentioned in mail and whatts app chat). I am chasing them from last 5 months for the same and nothing is settle till now. Himanshu has left his job and now his manager Amit is saying we have compnay policy not to refund, i was not told about this policy any time before the booking neither after booking and while cancellaing the trip also.

I booked for andaman trip recently
Once i paid the full amount approx. 15 days earlier, then sent me the itenary mentioned about details of trip. One week prior to trip i wanted some information, so tried to contact my agent then i found that i was blocked on whats up and number was not reachable. I tried to contact the other agent which was given by them in case of emergency need. It was also not reachable. Somehow i got that information then i reached andaman and i found that they have sold my trip at much lower price to some other local agency. I will never book any trip from these and i request you all not to fall in their trap. thank u

Flight fooding was removed after booking...without any information!!

I m thankful to tripcrafters who arranged well managed tour for such an exciting trip for mauritius.My travel agent was makeyourticket.com from chandigarh. Initially i was reluctant to deal with them as they had problem with confirmation of hotel booking of my choice but somehow they managed to give me 5 star resort which was really a good place to stay.
I will feel pleasure to deal with them again in future trips.
