I recently visited Nainital through Mytripbaba Tours and Travel Agency, and it was the worst experience of my life.Mytripbaba Tours and Travel Agency is the worst service provider I have ever come across. Their management is pathetic and they do not support their customers after they have accepted the trip offer and made a payment. They offer dumb drivers who do not know anything and ask the customers for directions. I had booked a package for 8-10 places, but they only covered 2 places, and that too by walking for 2-3 hours. This is a genuine review and other reviews with 5-star ratings are fake and posted by their own team. I urge everyone to not buy any package from mytripbaba Travel Agency.

We booked a trip through My trip Baba for Uttarakhand. Package was completely customised as per our needs and we had major fun in these 7 days. We had Delhi-Delhi pick up n drop with experienced driver and very comfortable car. All the stays were amazing including food. Whenever needed they were available on call and managed to give best service possible.
