We booked a 15days trip for Vietnam from Northern Wheatear Holidays with Mr. Vineet and we had a wonderful experience as everything was upto the mark and we had the best experience of the place and the culture. We booked our holiday with Northern Wheatear Holidays for a girls trip to Vietnam. This is our third time working with Northern Wheater Holidays. Vinit is easy to work with and responds in a timely manner.

Vinit created a 10 days custom travel itinerary to meet our travel needs. He booked all our flights, hotels, visa, transfers as well as the trips in Vietnam. The hotel suggestions as well as the private tours arranged met our needs and we had no complaints.

He was experienced and easy to discuss and alter plans with. Most of the communication was via WhatsApp and sharing of a customized travel plan. His knowledge of the flight options, local area as great and he was able to customize for the needs of our travelers. Would highly recommend using their travel services.

Japan trip with Northern Wheatear Holidays was just arranged so well .. We were a family of 3 and travelled with their Group Departure ..   Company ensured a constant follow up with us and this had guaranteed our continued safety. Our top goal was to learn about the tradition, history and culture of the region, and our expert English-speaking guide really succeeded in doing so. A few of the meals that were part of the schedule were also satisfactory.

The recent visit to Turkey has been ranked as a milestone in our Life. Musch more was added to our joy the total arrangements done through our Tour operator Northern Wheatear. starting form the arrangements of Visa, booking of the Flights, Airport pick up and Drop, Stay in good 4 star hotels and planning the tour around in various cities along with a good professional tour guide was excellent. We moved in Istanbul a major commercial city, Ankara the capital city, Capadocia a beautiful landscapes, Konya, Pamukkale a vallry of fairness, Ephesus, Kusadasi and Bursa cities and the travel and move was very much enjoyable. Our tour operator needs a big applause and praise.

SK is a beautiful country to visit, and Seoul and Busan have such distinct vibes. The trip was made worthwhile because of Vinit K of Northern Wheatear Holidays. His patience and guidance through our scheduling and tour planning was amazing. His contacts Kim Jun-Hyoung(Seoul) and Kim Eung-Kon (Busan) were excellent.

We recently booked a girl’s trip (a group of 10) to Turkey with Northern Wheatear Holidays. Vinit patiently worked with us to create a custom itinerary, answer our endless questions and cater to every one of our needs. Although Vinit worked with us tirelessly to figure out all the details before the trip, it is the situations we were in during the trip and how they were handled is something I would like to call out.

Firstly, the flight from Bangalore to Istanbul was cancelled (we boarded on the flight and were deplaned due to mechanical difficulty). Vinit and his team helped us figure out an alternative flight to get us to Istanbul, re-book our internal flight in Turkey (we missed the internal flight because of the international flight delay) and get us to our final destination of Kayseri as soon as possible. We really couldn’t do it without Vinit and his teams help.

Secondly, when in Istanbul airport one of my friends lost her passport. This created a lot of anxiety amongst us as we just didn’t know how to handle this situation. Vinit tirelessly worked with his vendors in Turkey, made endless phone calls to figure out the passport was indeed in airport lost and found and helped us go to the airport and collect the passport (Vinit was also in Turkey at that time for his vacation). He had to work through a lot of challenges (like language barrier) and overcome roadblocks (like not knowing the process) to finally get the passport. Although Vinit was not working and was on vacation, he went out of his way to help us get the lost passport.

Very happy to share the review because the trip we booked was equally happy and worth while becoz for these guys. We had booked our Dubai travel with Northern wheatear. As our trip included my parents who are senior citizens above 65 years of age, it was very important to have a perfect itinerary suitable for them. Vinit at Northern Wheatear made such a precise itinerary as per our needs that, we covered almost 9-10 attractions in 8 days and 7 nights trip that too without my parents getting tired.
In the entire trip all the arrangements were very smooth and well managed.

Me and my wife had planned our trip to Singapore in the year 2018 with Northern whetear and I must say we had a super duper experience in terms of flights, the stay (Ibis at bencoolen street) and sight seeing.

All our sight seeing operated by them were well managed & on time and the drivers were very courteous too.

We had asked them to customise the itinerary as per our requirement and comfort and they made sure it was as per what we had asked for.
