Our experience with Odyssey tours was rather sultry. I visited Kashmir from December 24th to 29th along with my family. But quite contrary to my expectation the journey didn't reach the benchmark as the vehicle and the driver they provided were horrible. A trip is made more enjoyable when the driver fully cooperates with us by explaining even the minutest detail of their place and taking us to all the places mentioned in the itinerary. But this very driver lacked the enthusiasm for the Same thus we missed Pahalgam sight seeing, Gulmarg and Sonmarg. All that the driver used to say is a stereotyped answer they are all closed even though that was not the reality. When I contacted Mushtaq to raise my concern, he was shouting at the to of his voice and denied to resolve the issues. More over my demand to reduce the rate for in exploitable places, literally he was reluctant for the same. Don't prefer this travels fo your future trips as he is a man who doesn't keep up his words. Don't prefer this travels ?

We had a eight-day trip to Katra , Srinagar, sonmarg, Gulmarg, & Pahalgam. Saima from Odyssey Travels arranged all things end to end promptly. She also contacted us throughout the trip and made sure everything is going smooth. Odyssey arranged well-experienced Mr. Shabir as our driver. He is such a nice person & throughout the way, he guided us on what to do & what not to do. Which all places we have to visit for getting best experience. He also stopped at good hotels for lunch, which is equally important. In short, the service provided by Odyssey made us a homely feeling in Kashmir.
