Overseas Vacation

What's Good: Stay and transfers to and from airport was good.
What's Not Good: There was a lot of confusion with the sightseeing and entry tickets which was very time consuming and created unnecessary arguments between us and the travel coordinators. They didn't understand the pulse of what the traveller wanted even though there had been clear conversations. We will NEVER RECOMEND Overseas Vacation to any of our friends or family.

What's Not Good: There was no booking available at the hotel. Hotel was changed. We had to wait for 11/2 hours for allotment of rooms. Ms Thisha not responded. Arrogant response from other staff of Singapore Agent. 3rd day half day and 4th day also no planning. . Pick up point videos r sent, but no clarity. It is confusing. Daily drinking Water bottles not supplied in hotel rooms.

What's Good: Good hotels at great locations. Pick and drop from hotels made the whole trip seem easy. No need to pay for any attractions so we saved some cash for shopping. I would recommend spending a little extra and get a private vehicle instead of shared one though.
What's Not Good: The hotels were a little old but all the hotels, beach and shopping area was walking distance from them so it's ok.

What's Good: The service is great and the agency is professionally managed. Connections are strong. Madhu from this company organizes everything perfectly, making the experience smooth and stress-free. the packages are cost effective and luxurious. Also hotels are beautiful ..all hotels are of 4 star.
We really had a wonderful time. Everything was up to the mark. They took care of everything including flights, accommodations, and transportation. 10/10 would recommend.
What's Not Good: Restaurant for lunch. I.e moti mahal,phuket

Miss/ Mrs simran helped us to guide to visit the Maldives. She is very helpful and have patience to clarify everything. We returned hassle free trip with your agency help.

Liked enthusiasm and follow up and response time.
Absence of hidden cost or guidance on individual travel

I had booked a Vietnam package from Rachan Barsain who works in an overseas vacation travel company in Chandigarh Zirakpur. She booked our package in which hotels, tours, cabs, everything was the best and we enjoyed a lot. We had a plan of 7n 8d in which we took 3 nights Hanoi, 2 nights Danag and 2 nights Ho Chi. We found the service to be very good. Next time if we have a plan anywhere then we recommend overseas vacation , we will book from Rachan Barsain only. Thanks to all once again for giving us best services.

Initially they say everything cheap.
comparatively package cost is less than others but at the end of the trip they will ask for money and say this is additional for which u have to pay. No response when we call from our destination place. Instead of booking this company we can book by ourselves and enjoy our travel journey.
It is full stress if we book with them.

Tour was planned meticulously by Virta (Sales executive and planner). Tour was designed in such manner that all the must see places are covered and transport was arranged such that time saving was kept in mind and also economical and comfort was looked at.
Accommodation was good as all hotels was having all amenities and also placed near the market place so as to give additional comfort to your commute.
Overall the holidays were planned in such a way that entertainment, comfort and budget was kept in mind.
Also as we all were senior citizens, we were not kept in any uncomfortable position and timely itinerary and transport details were shared by the entire team prior to our travel dates.
Would like to refer to all my friends and relatives to book the holidays with Overseas Vacation so as to forget your travel voes as you will be looked after and secure by the overall team.
The only approach and behaviour of one of the hotel named FIRST HOUSE in Ko Samui was arrogant and couldn't consider our age.

Please don’t recommend Overseas Vacations as it’s not a reliable agency. My experience was very bad with them. They did not provide vehicle for the airport on return and stranded at the hotel in Dubai.

This company is very bad. Please don't contact with this company for your trip.Because they are lier and I faced many problems this company is not responding and the company take the entire amount before your trip after that travel agent not pick your call. They not listening your problem.
So please don't contact with the overseas vacation. If you contact with this company then you totally spoil your trip.

Overseas Vacations is the best travel agency for overseas travellers. This travel agent is a role model for excellent competitive price, planning and execution of all activities related to sight seeing in Singapore and bali. Jyothi khurana and other staff members reply to all the queries promptly and politely. My only suggestion is to plan in such a way that sight seeing hours at Universal studio is planned for one full day to cover all the activities. Jyothi khurana is sincere, polite. She responds to all our problems promptly and sincerely. She deserves all the encouragement to advance in her career. I strongly recommend Overseas Vacations agency for travelling and sight seeing activities. They fulfill all the promises made in the beginning of agreement.

We have never booked a trip via an agency but this was the first time and we really like their service.
I would have given five stars but there was just one issue. We were told the non motorised water activities were free before making payment but that was not true. It was a confusion actually as we were upgraded from three star to four star.
Otherwise the whole trip was amazing. Good food and very good location.

I would like to thank Mr. Akshay Verma and team for making this tour successful and all the things were done smoothly without any issues. It was a good experience for me while booking the tour with overseas vacation. Thank you all and I will recommend to my knowns if they would like to visit place in package tour

I booked a trip to Maldives with them, I got a quote, had many questions, patiently answered all of them, updated the quote for competitive pricing after deals from other agencies. I paid, they booked resort. So far per the reviews, booked suites are different my selected suites, why the first quote and second quote are different, because other guys gave smaller amout they also gave, not less price the villa will change that I didn't notice with small change in the name of the suite. I pack everything and go to airport, there I had to fill imuga registration, no prior information, I ask them they give a link, then transfers I was promised private transfers, no we aren't getting that they hop on and on different resorts, all had was to waste energy and time, go to resort and rest because I had nothing to do, that is what all day at leasuire means as they stated in quote, may mistake. Then early morning I forget all and try to do some non-motor water sports with full energy, not happening because I have to pay for them not included in my package, Yes I thought I paid for it, and these guys also say I paid for it, but resort says otherwise, okay I get ready for paying for water sports, stand in queue other guests booked it, I had a complimentary beach dinner, which I confirmed a day earlier with resort, atleast this was going right yay... I was served a cup rice and half cup channa dhaal, it was so good I wanted more, sorry that's all I get in beach dinner, okay let's pay and eat then, sorry dinner closed. Okay slept hungry, then next morning I don't even have drinking water in room, why am checking out that day so you don't get any water, buy a liter for 3$ pretty cheap for me man. Then back to airport I had to fill airsuvidha, I knew only from flyers not these guys, so did a plane full of people, only handful of passengers knew it had to be done bcz their agent told them. I reached home, asked an invoice copy of my payment, after two weeks I get "

We never did any booking via agency as we use to think agencies are not trust worthy. This was the 1st time we decided to go via agency and Overseas turned to be the best option among all agencies we contacted. Akshay is a very polite guy who helped us with all our queries and gave the best possible offer he could. He even gave various suggestions to us which was worthy. Our Maldives trip was amazing just because of Overseas vacation. Thank you team for the best package. Will do recommend my friends and looking forward for more trips with you guys.

Recently booked a trip to maldives and had an amazing time with my wife. Thanks to shubham for answering all the questions that i asked so patiently. Only thing i would suggest is to gather all the required information regarding flights and other declarations prior and inform the customer. Everything was excellent. Thank you shubham. We had a very nice experience with overseas vacation. This was the first time we consulted anyone for our travel and they didn't let us down in any department be it our itinerary or our stay they managed it all seamlessly and made our trip a memorable one for us, something that we will cherish for a long time to come.

I had a good conversation with the travel advisor, yet I feel they are bit high priced than usual

I am writing with utter dissatisfaction how irresponsible ,poor management they are I couldn't select Zero star as the option is not available as I have to select atleast one star.

I had booked a trip to Maldives last week through this agency and I can honestly say it as the biggest mistake of my life .

Initially before payment they had showcased me good 4* hotel and with really good activities to enjoy .Once the payment is completed , they will change their word simply by saying that hotel is not available and they will force you to accept other hotel which has just minimum facilities. They will cut down the full board meal plan to half board , they will replace all the good activities (private island/resort trip)with some chillar picnic island which has nothing to do.

If you try to follow up with them, they will never respond especially there is a guy called Jaspreet ,I have never seen such a pathetic irresponsible unprofessional guy in my life . I don't know whether if the management had recruited him under recommendation quota. You can see the two reviews posted on their website are from their own employees because no one will dare to travel with them . People who see this review, I kindly recommend to choose another good travel agency and not to travel with them as you will left out with nothing once you book through them .You will get headache and your life will get shattered following up with this people....If you still want to know about how this people tortured me kindly contact me, I will show you with proofs and recordings which I have ...
