Great Experience with PYT. Went on a family trip to Bali. The execution and service were just perfect. All 15 of us had a lovely trip. They helped us through each and every step while planning the itinerary. Special thanks to Harikrishna and Athul for helping through out.

Good package put together for our trip to the UK. PYT folks we dealt were always very helpful and open to accomodating our requests from the right initial planning stage (though, after there was a considerable period of radio silence after our travel arrangements had been made till just a few days before we started our vacation. It would have been great if the team would have generally kept in touch). The experience packages were all great! My only minor grouse was that the price of admission for some of the attractions were not covered - we had to pay the price of admission for Windsor and Stirling Castle. The one disappointment was a bizzare experience at the hotel that we were booked into in London - the Hilton Metropole. The floor of our room was clearly not frequently used - the mouldy smell from the carpets was not the worst of it - we found a rat in our room one night! The hotel staff did move us to another room within 15 mins, but this level of negligence towards floor / room upkeep is shocking. Thankfully, our next hotel (the Novotel in Glasgow) was up to our expectations. Overall, the PYT team we worked with - Arya, Rinchen, Rohit and Somi did a great job and we'd recommend PYT to anyone.

We planned a trip to Bali and it was very good experience with pick your trail .. there are some places where they can improve but overall it was very good

Planned our Maldives trip with Pickyourtrail and very satisfied with awesome support provided by the entire crew from booking till completion of the trip. We had an unfortunate circumstance when we had to reschedule our trip and the team provided the full support and cooperation for the same and made the reschedule smooth and hasslefree. Thanks to the entire crew with special mention to Vijay for providing the entire support and clarifying the doubts. I would totally recommend Pickyourtrail.

I visited Bali with pyt who helped me with the flights, hotels and itinerary. We enjoyed the trip and the main highlights were good rooms, one of the hotels was my choice which pyt simply booked on my behalf and economical flights were provided. The travel agent in Bali which pyt booked for the sightseeing and the local driver was very good and understood our requirements and helped us cover the places we wanted. However I am giving 3 stars solely bcz of my experience with the sales team. They were more interested in achieving the sales target rather than customer satisfaction. I was literally pushed into booking the flights and hotels as they were getting sold off which might be true as June is a peak season and I booked quite late, however never once the sales guy mentioned that no change in itinerary is possible after you pay the 1st instalment. I requested small changes in the itinerary when none of the tickets were booked but pyt team were so inflexible saying that they will not make any changes to the itinerary. The sales person also did not explain the day wise itinerary in detail, for eg, in ulluwatu temple there are many monkeys so it’s a bit risky to go with a toddler but they were not interested in telling me or suggested that I need an extra day as the itinerary was too hectic for travelling with a kid without any leisure time to enjoy the 5 star property. Insurance was quietly removed from the package. I know it was my responsibility to check everything before paying but I trusted the team and was excited for the trip, so rushed a bit into booking without checking everything. If The customers are expected to research themselves on all places, then the premium paid to a travel agent is not worth it.
