What's Good: Terrible Experience – wrong Promises and Zero Accountability
What's Not Good: I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about the deceitful practices of this travel company. I booked a Bali trip with them, lured in by their shiny promises of an “all-inclusive” experience packed with activities and stress-free travel. What I actually got was a series of excuses, half-truths, and missing experiences that I paid good money for.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the itinerary we were sold was just smoke and mirrors. Several of the key activities—ones we specifically booked the package for—were either “unavailable,” “overbooked,” or simply forgotten. When we contacted the team, we were met with vague explanations, zero accountability, and a complete refusal to offer refunds or alternatives.
This wasn’t a case of miscommunication. This was a bait-and-switch scam dressed up as a travel service. They took our money, gave us a watered-down version of the trip, and washed their hands of any responsibility.
Do yourself a favor—do not book with this company. Look for someone transparent, honest, and reliable. Vacations are meant to create memories, not regrets.

Our family trip to Singapore was a truly wonderful experience, filled with fun and lasting memories. We visited some of the city’s best attractions like the Singapore Zoo, Night Safari, S.E.A. Aquarium, Universal Studios, Gardens by the Bay, and also enjoyed a lovely city tour. Each place offered something special, and we enjoyed every moment together as a family. The only thing we missed was the MBS SkyPark, which had to be skipped due to bad weather. Evening rain in Singapore is quite common, so it would have been better if PYT had scheduled this activity in the morning. Apart from this one miss, everything else went smoothly. A big thank you to Karthik, the account manager at PYT, for planning and organizing the trip. He ensured all bookings were done on time and handled every detail with great care. Because of Karthik’s planning, we had a stress-free and relaxed holiday. Everything was well managed, and we’re grateful for the support. Thanks again to Karthik and the PYT team for giving us such a memorable and well-arranged trip.

We had Pick Your Trail has a great Travel companion throughout our Trip to Bali, Indonesia. Our itenary was made so good that we explored most of the places in bali with leisure time. Our driver "Adi" made our trip much interesting.

Europe Trip Review My wife, daughter, and I booked a Europe group tour through Pick Your Trail and arrived two days before the official start. Although we faced a few initial hiccups, the Pick Your Trail support team was highly responsive via their 24-hour chat, quickly resolving all issues with prompt follow-ups. It would be helpful to receive a pre-trip briefing covering key details such as airport pickup wait times, hotel local taxes etc. Regarding the group tour, we were unaware that travelers from various agencies were merged under another company. The group size of 51 felt too large — ideally, it should be limited to 25–35 for better logistics and overall experience. The itinerary was well-planned, covering iconic sights across multiple countries. Travel was smooth and enjoyable, with a spacious, comfortable coach and a fantastic captain. Hotels were clean and comfortable, and Indian food was consistently available and delicious. However, more local cuisine options would be preferable — perhaps offer tour variants focusing on Indian meals or local delicacies to suit different preferences, especially for younger travelers. A tailored itinerary for senior citizens would also be beneficial. Our tour manager was extremely helpful, friendly, and patient, calmly addressing all queries and managing the group efficiently.
