After Bhutan trip, Gangtok trip was planned,but due to floods it had to be Darjeeling trip was arranged immediately in lieu of Gangtok at no extra cost.

Very nice service. Arranged the tour to perfection. Driver and guide were very polite. Hotels were very good.
Mr. Gupta is very helpful and polite. I needed some Indian currency at Paro and Mr Gupta arranged the same for me. While coming back, I suffered from.high fever and Mr Gupta provide me the medicines and came to hotel to enquire about my health.

The Bhutan tour organised by Sri Balaji Tour and Travels for us was 5 days and 4 nights long. The guide, Mr. Sangay and the pilot took great care of us and ensured we made most out of our trip. The hotels were pretty comfortable. I would highly recommend Sri Balaji Tour and Travels.

we had traveled Bhutan recently in second week of may 2023 the tour was arranged by Shri Balaji Tour & travels. we were total 9 Pax and had covered Thimpu, Punacca & Paro. All places 3* accommodations were simply fabulous with veg Breakfast & dinner. Budget tour was very much affordable with exclusive 18 seater Coaster bus. Guide Mr Sonam was also very affectionate & cooperative. Almost all the places on the above location were visited. we enjoyed traditional Bhutanese lunch enroute at Barbasa.
Overall arrangements done by the tour operator were above expectation. we wish him success in his endeavors.

Behavior of Mr. Raj Gupta of Balaji Tour was quite good. He was responsive to solve if we faced any problem anywhere. For example, we did not like one hotel at one of the place, he changed the hotel next morning. Overall experience is good.
