I planned my Goa trip with them and thank you to Super holidays for this amazing experience (Special thanks to Sweta). My overall experience was really amazing ? I spent 4 nights there. I love there coordinating behaviour and also the payment process as in pay by yourself according to there payment slip/voucher. This was my memorable trip on my bday and hoping to plan new trip soon with them…. Best part is hotel because the staycation planned by them was really fabulous and according to my requirement. I am Nabendu Saha, retired Vice principal of Kendriya Vidyalaya visited Kashmir with 6 senior citizen members. The entire tour was outstanding and we enjoyed a lot. The behaviour and prompt communication of our tour coordinator Ms Shweta Singh has been excellent. Her entire planning of the tour was marvellous. She deserve for 5 star but I have given 4 star because of shear lack of communication between super club holiday and the house boat management. Inspite of our terms and conditions that shikara ride is complementary, the Dangola house boat manager charged for it and there was no one to communicate the house boat Manager. Mr Umar was so arrogant that he instructed our cab driver to stop his cab in midway of srinagar jammu highway unless we pay him the shikara money. The amount was not to high and we are absolutely not in fault. The hotel, food everything was outstanding. The cab driver Mujaffar was too good and expert . I am definitely going to refer to my relatives about super club holidays specially the helping nature of Shweta madam. Everything except the Shikara harrasment was outstanding.
