What's Not Good: Hotel services was average. Geyser was not working in hotel eco grooves, Manali. Neither they provided hot water after repeated request. Food was good in all the hotels and also cooperation from Anjana, from team navigator was also good.But the transportation part was worst coordinated by anurag.Driver( Rohit) was not cooperating and was refusing to take to places even which were included in the package. They were not handling luggages properly, due to which no. Lock of my suitcase got damaged.After changing the driver(rahul), the trip went well and he was cooperative.Overall trip was average. Recently I planned a trip with them n their service was so amazing everything was planned so accurately they gave the stay with best views n the food was also so delicious it felt like home n every morning the hotel staff’s would ask our choice in dinner n breakfast nandani Rajput was available 24*7 when we left for the trip it was very crucial time but they made us sure about everything and the best part was the travelling the driver they gave us was so nice friendly n was familiar with the roads the over all trip was amazing because of the perfect planning looking forward to travel more with them thank u so much for everything.
