Review Updated (26/11) : Issue regarding TCS amount is finally resolved. Travel yatree team issued me a voucher worth the TCS amount and after 3 months of non-usage finally credited that amount to my bank account. I thank Mr. Abhishek to keep up to his word and finally get this issue resolved after more than 1 year. Review Updated: Issue regarding TCS is being worked on by one of the nice gentleman Mr. Abhishek and hoping to get a complete resolution soon. Appreciate Mr. Abhishek's commitment for trying to resolve the issue. ====== The below review is regarding my trip taken during Sept 2023 and is solely based on the trip: This agency is one of the most unprofessional agencies. The agents will be behind you till you take the package. From the day of purchasing, they are extremely careless regarding your trip. You would need to follow up multiple times with them for getting any details. There is no proactiveness whatsoever. Half of the time they just do not respond. There onshore tie ups are extremely rude. We went to Bangkok and the partner there was extremely ill-behaved. Even to get vehicle details, we had to call 10 times. There is absolutely no point using there services. Its a waste of money effort and time. I wont recommend this agency and even their aggregator agency (TRAVEL TRIANGLE) to anyone.
