What's Good: It was our first trip through travelepedia. All the arrangements whether the rental car, or the hotels, were well organized and also in a very short time.

What's Good: I absolutely enjoyed my trip to Manali. Thanks to Travelepedia for making our trip so memorable and budget friendly.
What's Not Good: I did not get the chance to visit the famous Hidimba Devi Temple.

What's Good: It was a wonderful experiance with travelepedia..They made it a comfortable and smooth journey for us right from the start. We had a enjoyable trip with driver Mr Balvinder and he ensured that we had a good time wherever we went be it the tourist spots as well as the recommended eateries. Thank you Mr Vikas, Ms Dipanshi and Mr Balvinder for making our trip a memorable one!

What's Good: Their service is very good. Always give you the best quote and from hotel to cab service everything is pefect. I have booked multiple trips from Travelpedia and they offered great service.

What's Good: Had memorable experience on our family visit to Shimla, Kasol and Manali. Accommodation in Shimla and Manali was good. Accommodation and food in Manali were great. Tempo is with us all along the trip. Driver was very polite and professional.

mr vikas is really helpful to finalize the destination and use the maximum time with minimum cost. They are continuously get in touch with us.
If there is problem arises with the hotel management or with the driver they sort out in very less time.

What's Not Good: I booked the trip for my parents of age 65 and hence I requested a driver who would be helpful and make their tour comfortable but instead travelepedia assigned us a driver named Paramjeet who was the exact opposite. He was rude, irresponsible, careless and most importantly a fraud.He did not know the destination routes and directions and the timings for the sight seeing places listed in the iternary. Moreover he dropped them few kilometres before the actual destination stating nonsense reasons in order to get comission from the local transport people and made my parents roam like hell and made them walk a long way to all the destinations. He only went to places where he got comission from the local entertainment places and if we refused to hook up with his guy due to higher rates he treated them harshly without even a basic courtesy for elder people. When informed to travelepedia they were so lethargic and irresponsible and supported their driver only. On a whole an expected memorable trip was made miserable purely by the driver's attitude and behaviour and irresponsible travel agent. Total waste of money

Recently in May 2023, i went on a 5N/6D shimla Manali trip.. and it was beautiful and perfect experience.. all thanks to Travelpedia, vikas ji, Neeraj ji and our guide/driver Sohan bhai.. they really took care of everything so it was hassle-free and stress free holiday experience.. hotels and dinners were best with beautiful snow mountain views.
This was my first trip so far from home but these guys really made it safe, easy and memorable trip for me and my wife.

Horrible experience. Vikas chaudhry the tour planner was the nuisance . He never cooperated . Driver was not cooperative at all . Vijay kumar driver insulted the ladies many times. Request every one to never plan any trip with this company

Very unsatisfied.

At first there were some problems which I think happens as everything is not is someone's hand. But something is in hand and that can be managed.

I would not suggest any one to book online. Specially from travelepedia.
