I booked my group Kashmir trip through travelistaan which was managed by the travel agent Arfa. The trip was very well managed. There was consistent communication all through the booking as well as before the booking. All our doubts were resolved and answered by Arfa on timely basis. The information about various places to visit, points to be covered , etc were all tailored as per our group and the needs of each member of the group were taken care of. The itinerary was well made which helped us in getting more time to see the sights than to travel. I would recommend it to anyone who is travelling to Jammu, kashmir or Ladakh. We recently toured Kashmir & Vaishav Devi  through Travelistaan Tours & Travel. Even though ours was a last minute request, Seerat responded promptly to all my queries and ensured the itinerary was customised as per our requirement. A particularly memorable highlight was when Seerat arranged a mid-night dinner for us at the hotel. After a long day of site seeing and travel, we had checked in around midnight in the Hotel. Seerat proactively co-ordinated with the hotel staff and ensured dinner was packed and available in our rooms. This level of care and attention to detail made us feel truly valued and taken care of. What stood out the most was the daily follow ups to check if we were doing alright and not facing any issue. This excellent service continued till we reached back home. This attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart. One area for improvement would be ensuring that hotel locations and addresses are provided to drivers beforehand. There were a couple of instances where drivers were unsure of the exact location, which caused minor delays in reaching destinations Over all we had a memorable tour all thanks to Seerat and entire team at Travelistaan. I highly recommend their services.

We were a group of 8 people who booked our Kashmir trip from travelistaan.... initially we were confused of whether to go for a package or do bookings on our own but the way travelistaan and specially Arfa ji made our travel itinerary and accomodated every small details that we requested for was amazing and even after that the trip cost was very much into our budget and worth every penny.
