I just wanted to tell you that it was a wonderful trip and we really enjoyed each and every day spent with Chalala especially the last day it was a really nice experience the weather, the candle light dinner as well as the car drive. thanks to chalala mendis for always being supportive throughout the journey

Terrible experience...trip to Kerala will be memorable for all the wrong reasons!! We went to Munnar and Alleppy last month...from airport itself we have realised how unorganised they are. They will provide you contact numbers that's it and all the co-oridnation had to be done by you. The driver they have provided for our entire trip was very reluctant to cover most of the tourist spots and instead of that he will take you to different shops from where he will get commission. But the worst experience started from Alleppy. We have booked a private house boat for one day and we were supposed to board the houseboat as soon as we reach Alleppy. But alas!! The house boat manager was a crook. Instead of providing us the houseboat they took us to a local jetty and told us to board a sikara without any life jacket and none of us can swim. When I have called the co-ordinator of VHT, he doesn't have any idea about the status of the houseboat. From 1:15 PM to 4:15 we were just roaming around with 2year old kid and the manager of the houseboat was lying all the time and ther was no sign of houseboat. And after this horrible experience we went straight back to Cochin because we can't depend upon these guys after whatever happened to us.
This was my worst travel experience. View Holiday trip has ruined my son's first vacation.

Pathetic experience. The driver who picked us up in the last days on our Dubai trip, displayed a concerning level of rudeness. Despite booking a shared ride and having no other passengers with us that day, he attempted to overly control our itinerary. He even demanded that we leave Ferrari World within a mere 3 hours, disregarding our desire to experience all the rides, leading to uncomfortable confrontations. On the following day, he arrived 10 minutes ahead of the scheduled time, while we were still having breakfast, incessantly calling and disrupting our meal. During our final day, when picking us up from Meena Bazar, driver’s rudeness persisted, further tainting our overall experience. His lack of customer service skills and disregard for treating tourists with respect had a detrimental impact on our journey. It's important to note that our interactions with Syed, Zayed, and Zeeshan were notably positive, in stark contrast to the unfortunate experience we had on the last days due to driver’s behaviour. When the third party was informed they did not pay much heed to the issue and were talking about extra 6km service that they provided while we were stuck because of cab unavailability.

Worst travel experience in kerala package.The cab driver was rude.I have requested them to change the cab but no response from their side.

I had a very bad experience booking travel through View holidays. I visited Rajasthan in Dec 2021. Following were the issues that I faced: 1. They roughly charged 20-30% extra charges over what we would have got with direct bookings 2. They were never clear about their cancellation policies. 3. They booked my flight from Pune to Jaipur via Delhi, though direct flight is available. That too the flight timings were 2.00 am and 7.30 am respectively. It was very difficult for family with kids. After this air travel you waste almost a day next day (for sleeping) 4. Jaipur to Udaipur via road takes 8-9 hours, so one day is lost. Also instead of booking my flight from Udaipur to Pune - I was required to travel from Udaipur to Jaipur (again a day lost) and then Jaipur to Pune flight via Delhi (again could have booked a direct flight). 5. The hotel at Jaipur - Silver Pride - is the worst hotel I have visited in past. They did not provide even hot water in their taps. Overall - we got an expensive uncomfortable deal for 5 days in Rajasthan of which we wasted 2 days in traveling

All they need is money. They will lie and will be argumentative around the topic of getting more money by hook or crook

Such a poor management team, poor and delayed services with no sense of talking in their employees

It was amazing tour package and we enjoyed a lot.Its excellent.
