Nothing as such. It was horrible experience with the tour company. The tour coordinator, no communication, driver was very illiterate & had no idea about the tour & was the third party contractor

Worst driver and pathetic driving.not friendly at all. Very stubborn and adamant. Did not let the kids enjoy.just a money earning business for him.very casual in driving.
Thrice we were saved while driving.
Lot of confusion in the drop point .
Me and my family was asked to get down in between as the driver was not ready to drop at the destination.
Would never recommend anyone for such trip

There is no negative star otherwise I would like to give them -5/5 they won't be responsible enough to maintain the agency they actually have tie-up with another agent I think so.They don't make the payment for the cab driver he used to stop the vehicle in the mid way to get the payment done but the agency got the full payment done one the 2 nd day of our trip.we have very worst experience with them recently we booked a trip of himachal pradesh but totally disappointed I would like to take any other agent with better price range...

We had planned for a trip to Shimla, Manali through World Trip Planner. Our whole trip was planned and properly customised by the executive Rahul Sharma. He was supportive whenever we had issues n was in touch with us through WhatsApp. It was a 4day trip where we had a own sedan car customised with a supportive driver Kanik. It was a nice trip, we enjoyed a lot. The stay place was not that at expected level, but good arrangements by WTP team.

"Absolutely the WORST trip I've ever taken! [World trip planner ] completely ruined what should have been a relaxing vacation. From the moment we booked, the communication was abysmal. They messed up our itinerary, the accommodations were subpar and filthy, and the promised 'expert' guide knew less about the area than we did. To top it off, the transportation was unreliable and constantly delayed. We felt completely abandoned and stressed the entire time. Avoid [world trip planner ] at all costs if you want to enjoy your trip!"
