Excellent arrangement right from pick up till drop. Good conditioned vehicle with polite driver. All hotels booked were with nice rooms.

Rude behavior. Basically my parents went with them. But so much rudeness that my dad hated them to core. Poor service. Reviewing behalf of Babaji. He hated them. Yuck!!!

I took trip to Arunachal. Very bad. Poor hotel and service. Words very rude. Did not like them at all. Poor professionalism. Do not go with them.

Very bad experience. Car we booked changed on the vacation. Package included meal but no clarify. We got no lunch. But money was paid. Rubbish very rubbish. Hate them. Do not go out with them, suffering is very bad. Not at all professional. Very unprofessional. Disappointment.

It was a wonderful experience liked the place as well as how it was planned it went same.

Tour Operator and their service were very pathetic, neither they booked the good quality hotels nor discount the prices. Me and My wife was too much irritated about their overall service.

Xplorene……what can I say, EXCEPT STAY AWAY…. My wife and me decided Tripura for honeymoon. The trip path and plan tld to us before was different from reality. I was compltly irritated wth them and staff.. uff.. rude behaviour. lack of communication, wrong answers to my qstns, rude behaviour. Do not recommend.

I and friends gone to a trip Dawki. Very, very bad experiance. Agency bad staff rude. Very rude with us. avoid. They also shouted called names to ech other as well. Avoied

I go to see Nagaland with them. Nice place, very nice food but very very very rude staff and poor trip management from this company. Avoid this company. They judging people by looks and also telling why I am bargaining like vegetable seller. Very poor behaviour and not professional.

Had a really bad experience with xplore ne. Even though one of our friends were not able to make it to the trip we were charged for an extra bed and breakfast. While confirming it from the hotel's reception we found out that no such payment has been made to them. They are cheating both their customers and providers by doing so. Their marketing side of the team is pathetic, the only good thing was one of their guys in the logistics side who helped us during our trip.

You have to be more concerned about your customers rather than making few extra bucks. Do not recommend.

We booked Innova, we were provided Dzire and they did not reduce the price as well. We were promised breakfast but they did not give breakfast at many places. They changed the payment terms as well mid-way without informing anything.
Do not book with them.

Mr. Rajashree Mitra, Me Chiranjeet and all four drivers of our cars are excellent, caring and helpful through out our 13days tour.
