A good number of visitors to Cornwall drive around themselves, and although it is very convenient, during the holiday season, the traffic tends to stretch the travel time, making it difficult to enjoy your visit. Carshare Cornwall is a free service that can be used to get a lift, meet people and make friends, go easy on the travel costs and save yourself from the unnecessary jams! You can also make use of the park and ride offers. Another way of making the most of your visit is to explore the town on a bicycle, through the rugged coastline and the tranquil country lanes. Most of Cornwall’s coastal cities are connected to the main railway line, in addition to the extensive bus network, operated by Cornwall, Western Greyhound, and First Devon.
