Poland boasts of three significant international airports, namely Warsaw Chopin Airport, Katowice International Airport, John Paul II International Airport. From India, you can take one of the connecting flights to Poland from Mumbai or Delhi quite easily. These flights may be low in frequency, and if the tickets are expensive then you may choose to fly to Berlin or Frankfurt or Moscow and then take a flight to Krakow or Warsaw. When flying internally in the country, you have a higher frequency of flights and more airline carrier options, the foremost being the national carrier LOT Polish Airlines.

Since Poland is majorly landlocked, it is very easy to travel into the country by road. And since Poland is a part of the Schengen agreement, there aren’t any major checkpoints on the borders either. So you can very simply drive into Poland from neighbours like Germany, Lithuania, Czech Republic etc. You will still need your papers in place, passport and visa in hand. Checking is strict on non-EU borders, like Russia, Belarus and Ukraine.
Eurolines, Lux Express, Ecolines and Tiger Express buses are also great to take a cheap trip into Poland from neighbouring countries.
