The quickest way to reach Saint-Tropez is via flights. The local airport that is just 17 km, or a 40-minute drive away from the village of Saint-Tropez is La Mole. However, the airport only services private jets and helicopters, and occasionally charter flights from select destinations. The next nearest airport is the Nice Cote d’Azur International Airport that services numerous international flights at regular intervals. Marseille-Provence International Airport is a little further away from Nice and also operates several major airlines from various destinations. Airport transfers and taxis are available from either airport to get to Saint-Tropez. The drive time from Nice Airport to Saint-Tropez is 1 hour and 30 minutes approximately, and from Marseille is around 2 hours. Buses and trains are also available from the airport to the village.

Since the local airport La Mole is serviced by several helicopter companies, travellers coming in from Nice or other cities on the French Riviera can simply opt for a helicopter transfer from the airport to Saint-Tropez for a more scenic route to reach the village. The helicopter flights are usually operated only during the summer months.
