It is home to many animals like the snow leopard, red panda, clouded leopard etc. The park is one of the 20 protected sanctuaries aimed at conserving red panda. The most ideal way to go about this visit is to hire a local guide from Deban, and take a rainforest hike till Lisu Village. The city of Tawang allows you to witness the Buddhist history in full glory. In Tibetan it is known as Galden Namgey Lhatse, meaning the celestial paradise on a clear night.
