Also known as Thac Bac waterfall, this picturesque natural wonder is another of the most popular tourist spots in Sapa. It is located 30 minutes outside the main town and is best visited in the dry season when visibility is high. Weather permitting, visitors are recommended to climb up 30 meters to enjoy the gorgeous views on offer of the surrounding landscape.

1900 meters high, the route between Lai Chau and Sapa is called Tram Ton Pass or Heaven’s Gate.
