Ms. Simran coordinated with us for our US visitor Visa renewal which was expiring in Aug 24. They managed the appointment with interview waiver quite quickly and managed everything from documentation to submission and collection without any problems. The whole process took less than 3 weeks, and we didn't have to visit Delhi. It was all managed with us staying at Bhopal, and today we received our passports with renewed visa at home safely. All coordinated with efficiency and care by Ms. Simran who kept in constant touch during the entire process, despite some health issues for her. Thanks to her and Mr. Bhagat for a seamless management of the procedure which took away a lot of worry from us. Their charges were also very reasonable and moderate.
