The most efficient way to reach Badrinath is by road as it is connected to Delhi, all main towns in Uttarakhand and neighbouring states. With no station of its own, Badrinath is connected with Haridwar at 318 km, Kotdwar at 327 km and Rishikesh at 298 km. Haridwar train station is well-connected to many other Indian cities. However, Rishikesh is the station closest to Badrinath. There are several taxi and bus options available to reach Badrinath from all the above mentioned railway stations.
