Kalpa is located in the remote tribal hills of the Himalayas in Himachal Pradesh, because of which there is no straightforward flight to this region. The closest airport to Kalpa is the Shimla airport, which is located at a distance of 245 km. You can also choose to go to Bhuntar Airport, which is also located at the same distance as the Shimla Airport. All major airlines from prime cities have services to both the airports. From either airport, it takes 6-7 hours by road to get to Kalpa. Once you reach the airport, there are cabs outside waiting in a queue to take passengers to their destination.
