This is by far the best way to reach Uttarkashi. The town enjoys a well-connected network of roadways linking it to the other significant cities of Uttarakhand. The town can be found on NH108 which connects it to Gangotri. There are numerous private and state-owned taxis and busses available for visitors to choose from.
